Responsible Investment Policies

We have set out various policies to implement responsible investment activities. We have established a "basic policy on responsible investment." This policy is based on the Principles of Responsible Investment and Japan's Stewardship Code. ESG integration, engagement, and proxy voting policies were established based on the basic policy. In addition, we have set our policies on some material ESG issues that we have been paying particular attention to, namely "Climate", "Nature" and "Human rights“.

Framework of Responsible Investment and Stewardship Activities

The Responsible Investment Committee Meeting is conducted to consolidate asset management function's expertise.

The objective of the Committee Meeting is to fulfil our stewardship responsibilities as asset manager to achieve a sustainable society and to support the growth of the investee companies.
